Thank you for shopping with HINJ. Each abaya is crafted with precision, care, and attention to detail. As many of our pieces include customization options, shipping timelines may vary.


1. Order Processing Time

Made-to-Order & Customized Abayas

All customized or made-to-order abayas require production time before shipment.

Estimated production time:
7–14 business days

This includes:

  • Cut selection

  • Length adjustments

  • Sleeve customization

  • Print preparation

  • Hidden pocket additions

  • Tag placement customization

Production begins once payment has been successfully confirmed.


Ready-to-Ship Items

Items marked as “Ready to Ship” are processed within:

2–3 business days


2. Shipping Time

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Domestic Shipping:
2–5 business days

International Shipping:
5–12 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier delays

  • Public holidays

  • Destination country

Please note: Shipping time is separate from production time.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package weight

  • Shipping method selected

Free shipping promotions, if applicable, will be clearly displayed on our website.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT

  • Additional handling fees

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not controlled by HINJ.

HINJ is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking number

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update within the carrier’s system.


6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

HINJ is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Packages returned due to address errors

If a package is returned to us, additional reshipping fees will apply.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the packaging and product

If your package appears lost:

  • Contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed

  • We will initiate a carrier investigation

HINJ is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier.


8. Delivery Delays

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Customs clearance

  • Force majeure events

  • Public holidays

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.


9. Pre-Orders

For pre-order items:

  • Estimated shipping dates will be stated on the product page

  • Shipping timelines begin from the stated dispatch date

Production timelines for pre-orders may shift slightly due to manufacturing variables.
