Refund policy

Every HINJ piece is made to order, and our current collection is released as pre-order — each piece is made especially for you once you place your order. For this reason, all sales are final: we do not accept returns or offer refunds, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Please review your size, measurements, and colour carefully before ordering. If you are unsure of your fit or shade, email contact@hinj.shop before you order — we are always happy to guide you.

Faulty or incorrect items
Every piece is inspected by hand before dispatch. In the rare event your order arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, email contact@hinj.shop within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we will repair, replace, or refund it in full — including any shipping costs.
