Exchange Policy
If your item isn't the perfect fit, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. Once your exchange is approved, we'll hold your preferred replacement while the original makes its way back to us. Replacement pieces are dispatched within 2 working days of your return arriving at our atelier.
To request an exchange, email us at care@wearhinj.com with your order number and the size or colour you'd like instead.
Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered;
- In its original packaging with all tags attached;
- Free of makeup, perfume, deodorant marks, and any signs of wear;
- Returned to us within 14 days of your exchange being approved.
Items returned in a condition that does not meet the above will be sent back to you, and the exchange will not be processed.
Exclusions
The following items are made or reserved especially for you and are final sale:
- Made-to-order and custom-length pieces;
- Bridal and consultation commissions;
- Embellished styles, unless faulty;
- Gift cards.
Refund Policy
We do not offer cash refunds. If your preferred replacement is unavailable, we will issue store credit valid for 12 months, so you can wait for the right piece rather than settle for the wrong one.
The only exception is a faulty item: every piece is inspected by hand before dispatch, but if something arrives less than perfect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will repair, replace, or refund it in full — including all shipping costs.
Cancellation Policy
In-stock orders can be cancelled or amended within 12 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Made-to-order pieces enter production shortly after your order is confirmed and cannot be cancelled once cutting has begun.
