- Orders can be amended or cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, provided they have not been dispatched.
- All parcels require a signature on delivery. If you'd prefer a no-signature delivery, note it at checkout, this is at your own risk.
- Delivery estimates count from dispatch, not from the order date, and exclude weekends and public holidays.
- Customs clearance in some regions may add 1–3 days beyond our estimates and is outside our control.
- Missing or disputed deliveries must be reported within 14 days of the tracked delivery date so we can raise an investigation with the courier.

Important Information
International Taxes & Duties
Shipments to the UK, USA, European Union, and the Middle East include all duties and taxes in your order total, the price you see at checkout is the price you pay, with nothing owed on delivery.
For all other destinations, orders are shipped delivery-duties-unpaid: any import duties, taxes, or clearance fees are collected by the courier and are the responsibility of the recipient.
