A dusty, greyed blue carrying fine white blossom on thin green stems — scattered, never banded, all of it only just there. The water left. The colour stayed.

The stone: Angelite is anhydrite, gypsum with the water taken out — its name means waterless. It forms where ancient seas evaporated to nothing, leaving beds of powder blue veined with white. The colour of the thing you look up at.

Cut, stitched and finished by women, every purchase carries another woman forward.
